The UltraOrienteering project

Ultra Orienteering is an open-source project made by the Asociatia Drumetii Montane (Mountain Hiking Association), through volunteers Alexandru Canavoiu and Petronel Postolache, with the help of which orienteering competitions can be organized, which can take place in one day or several days.

This software is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License. and cannot be traded. You can help develop them through direct involvement or by sending ideas.

The Ultra Orienteering software is used together with the Control Stations which can be done very easily using the documentation on the site. Ultra Orienteering is an open source project.

Currently you can use a maximum of 14 Stations (1 Start, 1 Finish, 12 Field Control Stations and 1 UUID data verification and download station in PC).

Each control station is programmable and can be modified as you wish (the source code for each station can be downloaded from the Download section). You can also add a mini-printer so that in the end each participant can receive a LOG with his route.
