Youth Days 2013 withthe Mountain Hiking Association

On the occasion of the Youth Days, a program that took place in the center of Targu Jiu in Gorj County, the Asociatia Drumetii Montane (Mountain Hiking Association) organized various activities with young people for young people. The Volunteer for the Future project proved to be a real success, because young people who want to get involved in volunteer activities were informed about the possibilities they can have if they register on the website www.voluntaringorj.ro. At the same time, through this site, NGOs can register and add the presentation of the NGO they represent, and through the website they can recruit volunteers for their activities.

The second activity was 45 degrees QUEST 2013, a different orientation where participants received a map and some clues, they were tasked with finding the shapes that the composter leaves after completing the quest. Children under the age of 14 also participated in this activity, and they were rewarded with diplomas at the end. The young people over 14 years old were awarded with diplomas and prizes offered by DJST Gorj and the Asociatia Drumetii Montane (Mountain Hiking Association).
