About the Drumeții Montane Association
The Drumeții Montane Association was born out of the desire to do that SOMETHING we all say needs to be done but never take the next step towards... it was born on the ridge of the Parâng, in the forests of the Vâlcan and on the banks of the waters of the Retezat; it was born with the hope that we will be the answer to the question: WHO?

MARKETING REQUIREMENTS:
- Implements marketing plans: promotions, posters, price lists, identifying the best promotion solutions).
- Carries out market research;
- Proposes promotion actions (media, web page, facebook);
- Knowledge of the media market;
- Searching for partners / supporters. - Carries out online promotion activities;
DESIGN REQUIREMENTS:
- Talent, creativity, imagination;
- Good knowledge of the Adobe suite, Corel Draw
- Very good knowledge of advertising creation (leaflets, brochures, banners, posters, etc.)
- Inclined towards attention to detail and accuracy;
- Able and dedicated to taking care of the organisation's image;
- Producing similar presentation materials for events and partners.
PR REQUIREMENTS:
- Very good knowledge of the Romanian language (fluent and concise written expression);
- Passion for online writing;
- The ability to develop descriptions for events/activities, or to turn long texts into concise descriptions.
- Ability to search the internet for relevant information;
- Speed, rigour, organisation, proactive, able to meet short deadlines;
- Adaptable within a young team.
