In the 2019–2020 school year as well, Grădinița cu Program Prelungit nr. 1 Năsăud (Extended Programme Kindergarten No. 1 Năsăud) is running the educational project entitled "Zâmbește-mi, am atâtea să-ți spun!" ("Smile at Me, I Have So Much to Tell You!"). This is the second edition of this parents–children–teachers partnership and it is included in the County Calendar of Educational Activities (CAEJ) of the Bistrița-Năsăud County School Inspectorate (ISJ BN), in the category Cultural Awareness and Expression, position 3.
The project comprises three workshops: the dance workshop entitled "In Dance Steps, Closer to One Another", the handmade objects workshop "Childhood through a Child's Eyes" and the stylised fir tree workshop "Objects with Soul".
The first workshop, "In Dance Steps, Closer to One Another", took place between January and March 2019, in partnership with parents and children. Over these months, at least 3 dance sessions were held. Their purpose was to put together a dance group. A song was selected, dance moves were learned and costumes were chosen, so that the final product would form a unified whole. The dance activities ended with the filming of a video clip which, recorded on a CD, was sent to our institution.
On 29 March 2019, a jury made up of 3 people – Mrs Clapou Crina, specialist inspector; Mrs Zinveli Simona, specialist teacher at the Năsăud Children's Club; and Mrs Virginia Linul, folk craftswoman – watched the CDs and scored the following aspects: technical difficulty, costumes in keeping with the theme, synchronisation and artistic impression.
Following the judging, 2 first prizes were awarded: one to the "Black and White" team with the dance entitled "The Dancing Chairs" and one to the "Lively Little Butterflies" group with the dance "Vrăjimăturica", both teams representing the GPP nr. 1 Năsăud school unit.
Congratulations to all the participants and especially to the winners!
On this occasion we also extend an invitation to take part in the second workshop, "Childhood through a Child's Eyes", which runs from April to June 2019. At least 3 sessions of handmade activities are planned. Recyclable materials will be used, within reach of any participating child/parent. By learning specific working techniques, handmade products will be made which will then be put to good use at a sale exhibition on 29 May 2019. The exhibition will take place on the plateau next to the Năsăud House of Culture, where each partner institution will display the objects it has made and will have a personalised box in which to collect the donations obtained from the sale of the objects. The money raised will be used by each institution to organise a party for the children. There will also be a competition for the most beautiful/interesting handmade piece.
We look forward to seeing you! For more information, please contact the project team using the project email [email protected], by visiting the project's Facebook page or by telephone on 0263-361238, GPP nr. 1 Năsăud.
