The long-awaited moment has arrived: the Jnepenași (who are, by the way – spoiler alert – the undisputed champions of the competition year that has just ended, ahem!) invite you on the weekend of 25–27 November 2022 to the Ștafeta Munților (the Mountain Relay) Awards Ceremony.

Since the proposed theme is the communist period (you have probably already guessed from the form of address), we will meet dressed up accordingly in a suitably chosen place, namely in Căciulata (Vâlcea county), at the Traian hotel (surprise, we even have a swimming pool!), where the accommodation/meal options and rates are as follows:
✅135 lei/night for a place in a double room + breakfast + event access + swimming pool
✅ 180 lei/night in a single room + breakfast + event access + swimming pool
✅ 130 lei for the Saturday evening festive dinner with 3 courses, soft drinks and dessert (dinner is optional)
✅ 60 lei festive dinner for children (also optional)
✅ 20 lei for alcoholic drinks
✅ 30 lei extra bed for children up to 14 years of age
✅ Small children who can sleep in the bed with their parents do not pay for accommodation
✅ A single night can also be booked, for those who wish
✅ A vegetarian option is available for all meal options

We are keeping the classic agenda as before: we award the winning relay competitors, and each club may in turn award diplomas to a maximum of 5 other clubs or people.

No party without a contest – as we wrote above, don't forget the dress code and you take part automatically! Attention! The criterion is not necessarily beauty!

Places, limited to 200, will be filled on a first come, first served basis, so hurry up and pay a deposit of 100 lei/room to your club's representative or, if you are not part of one, let us know by message.
