JNEPENII and their friends invite you, on 21–23 August 2015, to the 4th edition of the sporting, cultural and ecological event TROFEUL JNEPENILOR (the Jnepenii Trophy), organised at the Valea Neagră Guesthouse (Pensiunea Valea Neagră), Siriu Massif.
NO PARTICIPATION FEE IS CHARGED, AND THE PRIZES ARE OF THE MOST VARIED KINDS!
TROFEUL JNEPENILOR is the 8th stage, MASTER TYPE, of the ȘTAFETA MUNȚILOR (the Mountain Relay) Competition, 4th edition, 2015.

07:00 – Good morning, sunshine! A warm-up programme that gets your blood moving and helps you cover the route in the shortest time! Join Mădălina Matcov to recharge your batteries for a day full of adventure!
07:45 – START of the theory tests, mountain raid, orienteering and surprise event;
• orienteering – will be held by compass bearing for all categories
18:00 – Playtime with the Jnepenii! Activities dedicated to children;
21:00 – Posting of the results
21:30 – Opening of the cultural programme;

10:00 – Posting of the results for the CULTURAL event;
12:00 – Happy end (the awards ceremony).
The tent camp will be set up on the plateau of the Valea Neagră Guesthouse
For camping, a fee of 10 lei/2 nights/tent for 2–4 people is charged, payable on arrival at the camp. The fee includes camping and access to the toilets.

The events will be held in accordance with the rules of the "ȘTAFETA MUNȚILOR" National Sports Tourism Competition.

The overall ranking will add up the clubs' best results in 4 of the 6 competition categories, the bonus for team participation and the cultural event.
Cultural – each club / group has 20 minutes to present at least 3 songs (one patriotic song is compulsory), a humorous sketch and a poem. The atmosphere created will be scored in particular.
A special prize will be awarded for musical creation, with the competitors composing a tune, for which purpose the lyrics will be provided to them.
Competition rules:
Competitors will be accommodated in tents, under the guidance of the organisers.
There will be a single fire pit; setting up additional fire pits is forbidden.
Each club / group will receive a rubbish bag on arrival at the camp.
Clubs are obliged to carry the rubbish they produce to the first designated collection point outside the camp.
The group leader is responsible for informing the members of their group of the accident-prevention rules and the norms of mountain conduct, as well as of the competition rules.
The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the schedule of the competition events.
Compulsory equipment:
individual: mountain footwear with a profiled sole, torch, whistle, rain cape;
collective: compass, first-aid kit, water bottle, rucksack, fire source.
ATTENTION: without suitable footwear and a first-aid kit, no entry to the MOUNTAIN RAID event!
SPECIAL PRIZES:
- THE "CARPATHIAN EAGLE" PRIZE is awarded to the team (entered in the Elite category) that reaches the LACUL VULTURILOR checkpoint in the shortest time.
- TROUBADOUR OF THE CAMP – for the most active guitarist/club who will delight us at the campfire (on the two evenings)
- FRIEND OF THE JNEPENII – for the message with the most likes promoting participation in the event. The prize is awarded in the camp, to the author of the message.
- other surprise prizes.

The Valea Neagră Guesthouse, on the bank of the Buzău River, is located 74 km from Brașov and 8 km from Siriu, after the Giurca viaduct, and 87 km from Buzău towards Băile Termale Siriu (the Siriu thermal baths).
